Campuses and Facilities

At the heart of our Cheltenham Campus, a stone’s throw away from GCHQ and Cyber Park launching 2025, is our £3 million ADA: Advanced Digital Academy.

We have salons across our three campuses: Graduations at The Docks overlooking the Sharpness Canal in the Gloucester Docks; Graduations at the Lake in Cinderford; and Graduations at Cheltenham Spa.

Hub8 Gloucestershire College is an innovative partnership between Hub8 and Gloucestershire College, the region’s leading academic center for cyber and IT courses. 

Our libraries offer a vibrant and active environment for our wide range of students. As a team, we’re committed to providing resources and support to enable our students to successfully complete their studies. 

Our talented catering and hospitality students run our Number One Restaurant, at the Cheltenham Campus; and The View Restaurant, at our Forest of Dean Campus.  

Our engineering facilities in Gloucester and Cheltenham are well equipped, ensuring a learning experience that covers all aspects of industry training, from practical skills to theory, including advanced engineering maths, materials science, and project planning.

Our construction workshops are kitted out for the various building components our students will experience in the industry.

From art to dance, music to film, we’re very proud of the creative facilities to help nature and develop talent.

The fashion studios at our Cheltenham Campus offer students a range of machinery and equipment that reflects what you’ll find in the fashion industry.  

The Cabin Crew Flight Room is designed to replicate a similar environment and equipment that students will come across when working on a real airplane.

Harbour House is Gloucester's brand new post-16 provision for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) students with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD).

The hospital ward is designed to replicate the same environment and equipment students will come across when working in a hospital.  

You’ll find everything you’d expect in an industry-standard motor vehicle garage including vehicle lifts, workbenches, air compressors, hoses and diagnostic equipment for the repair and maintenance of vehicles.

Foundation Studies at Cheltenham Campus offers a dedicated learning space designed for a supportive yet professional environment. With small group sizes of 10-12 learners, students benefit from tailored guidance delivered by experienced teachers and support staff.

Steam Mills Place, situated in a dedicated and secure area of Cinderford Campus, provides a specialised learning environment tailored to learners with similar needs as those supported at Harbour House. Offering a personalised learning experience, it ensures each student receives the support they need while working towards the same positive outcomes.

Quayside Centre offers a secure, specialised environment for up to 25 young people with complex SEND needs, mental health challenges, and educational disruptions.

We are fully committed to providing inclusive education, enriched experiences, and personalised learning for learners with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) that prioritises developing independence and work readiness.

The College offers a broad vocational curriculum covering a wide range of sectors, as well as apprenticeships, higher education courses and discrete high needs provision.

The Cross-College SEND provision covers the range of support that is available for any learners with additional needs that are studying courses that are not one of our specialist SEND provisions. This includes vocational, apprenticeship, part-time and higher education courses.
