Gloucestershire College (GC) and Barnwood Construction have formally signed a new strategic partnership that will see Barnwood’s emerging construction managers train through the College’s Level 4 Construction & Build Technician Apprenticeship.
Delivered in partnership with the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol), the DATS PID apprenticeship equips learners with much needed and in demand digital and technical skills as identified by Gloucestershire's Local Skills Improvement Plan. Levy-paying employers can use their Apprenticeship Levy funds to cover training costs, while non-levy employers can benefit from significant government co-funding.
From addressing skills shortages to facilitating moves into management, here is a round up of 10 sectors that can benefit from our apprenticeship courses, with many enrolling now for September 2026.
