Accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI),  the College's professional apprenticeships offer flexible delivery options to suit your organisation's management development strategy.

Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship

The Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 qualification has been developed with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) for first line managers, team leaders and supervisors with responsibility for supporting, managing and developing team members.

It will support those new to managing projects, who are responsible for planning and monitoring workloads and resources, delivering operational plans or resolving problems.

The qualification will focus on: leading and managing people, project management, finance, decision making and taking responsibility.

Level 5 Operations Manager Apprenticeship

This apprenticeship is aimed at managers who are looking to develop strategic skills. It will support managers of teams or projects who are tasked with delivering strategic, operational and departmental goals and objectives.

The qualification will focus on: strategic planning, creating and delivering operational plans, managing projects, leading and managing teams, managing change, financial and resource management, talent management, supporting people through coaching and mentoring.
