We offer a range of apprenticeships that are perfect for upskilling your existing staff members, from junior level right through to senior management. Many of our apprenticeships are accredited by professional institutions such as AAT, BCS, CIPD, CMI and ILM, so your staff members can gain a professional qualification, with potential to become chartered, whilst continuing in their current role.
An apprenticeship is just another name for a comprehensive on-the-job training programme, and with apprenticeship funding available it makes sense to consider apprenticeships as part of your organisation’s learning and development strategy.
You won’t need to change your employees’ job title or contract; they can continue working in their current role whilst they complete their apprenticeship, however, they will need to have 6 hours per week of their time for ‘off-the-job’ training. Your employee won’t necessarily need to be physically away from the organisation, but they will need to be doing something that isn’t part of their usual role such as helping with different projects, learning from others and studying for the qualification aspect of their apprenticeship.
