New Dental Nursing standards to develop talent within your practice
Developing the skills and knowledge of your staff is vital to overcome the challenges your practice faces, whilst continuing to thrive in a rapidly evolving sector. The exciting new standard available with GC includes classroom participation in a structured learning environment, so learners profit from access to additional resources and peer group learning as well as practical learning in the workplace.
College delivery takes place once every three weeks on a Tuesday 14:30 - 19:30, to allow the apprentice more time in the surgery working in the dental environment. This apprenticeship also provides the opportunity for the apprentice to complete an end point assessment to aim for distinction level, therefore securing a higher level of apprenticeship.
4 GCSEs grade A-C or 9-4 including English and maths
If you have an employee in mind who doesn’t quite meet the criteria get in contact and we can discuss the options available.
