Overview
Over eight sessions held across eight weeks, and alongside industry experts, you’ll explore how culture, strategy, and communication shape performance and drive change. You’ll leave equipped with practical tools and a clear action plan for personal and organisational growth in the construction industry.
Who is Eligible?
- Employees who are based in South Gloucestershire/WECA region OR if their employer's postcode falls in this region.
- Learners will need to commit to one day or half a day’s learning a week (for up to 12 weeks) through the mix of onsite and remote learning.

Delivery
- There will be a mix of remote and face-to-face workshops, case studies, reflection and CPD Logs.
- Face-to-face sessions will be held at Engineers House in Bristol (free parking) and include a light lunch and refreshments.

How much does it cost?
The Construction Leadership Skills Bootcamp is 90% funded by the West of England Combined Authority (WECA) and is open to anyone who lives or works within the WECA region.
