Richard Gilpin

I have 32 years’ experience in education with 28 years in middle or senior leadership roles. I studied for an honours degree in history and politics before undertaking my PGCE in history and PE.

I am particularly interested in teaching and learning and senior leadership development. By being a governor of the College, I hope to bring my leadership skills to the Board and to contribute to the success of the College, while expanding my knowledge and experience of post-16 education.
