Learn how to manage and analyse data like a pro with this hands-on workshop focused on Excel’s powerful data tools.

You’ll start with data list essentials, including sorting, filtering, and custom filters, before moving on to creating PivotTables to quickly summarise and generate reports from large datasets. The session covers everything you need to master PivotTables, creating, modifying, and formatting tables, using interactive slicers, grouping data, drilling down, and applying summary or custom calculations.

You’ll also explore advanced features such as the GETPIVOTDATA function and learn how to create and modify PivotChart reports for clear, visual insights.

Please note: A basic understanding of Excel is required to benefit from this workshop.

By the end of the course, you’ll have the confidence to transform raw data into meaningful reports and visualisations with ease.

  • This course is aimed at those who are aged 19 and over (as at 31st August of the academic year you are applying for) who are looking to improve their skills to move into work or progress into more sustainable employment.
