Nutrition and wellbeing are deeply connected - the food you eat influences both your physical health and mental resilience.

In this one-day workshop, you’ll explore how good nutrition supports overall health and wellbeing. Discover how a balanced diet can help you manage stress more effectively, regulate emotions, improve sleep quality, and even enhance learning and concentration.

You’ll gain practical tips for adding variety and color to your meals, and learn about the benefits of the Mediterranean diet compared to the Western diet. We’ll also examine the impact of ultra-processed foods on long-term health and why making informed choices matters.
