This one day workshop focuses on how to become more assertive in the workplace.

The training covered during this course will focus on the reasons why assertiveness is so important, and provide you with hints and tips on how to become a more assertive, confident and decisive team member.

You will also explore how effective communication is more than just words and how it is the key to building strong working relationships.

 

  • This course is aimed at those who are aged 19 and over (as at 31st August of the academic year you are applying for) who are looking to improve their skills to move into work or progress into more sustainable employment.
