Our talented catering and hospitality students run our Number One Restaurant, at the Cheltenham Campus; and The View Restaurant, at our Forest of Dean Campus.  

From table service to three course meals, our students host and prepare everything in the restaurants, while being fully-supervised by our expert teaching teams.

Decorated in deep blues and mustard yellows, at Restaurant Number One you’d be forgiven for feeling like you’re anywhere but a college campus.

Diners can expect beautiful food and warm service at the restaurant, which is frequently visited by staff and regular customers who know Princess Elizabeth Way’s best hidden dining experience.
