With a high staff-to-learner ratio, the centre provides a personalised learning experience, flexible timetables, and a curriculum tailored to individual interests and aspirations. Through trauma-informed practice, intensive pastoral support, and collaboration with external agencies, it fosters confidence, resilience, and well-being.

Over a 2-3 year period, the goal is to empower learners with the skills and support needed to successfully reintegrate into education, employment, or training.
