Training is particularly suited for: 

  • Trainee or Assistant Site Managers: Building confidence in managing teams, health & safety, and project delivery. 

  • Construction Technicians: Supporting planning, compliance, quality, and technical implementation.

Level 3 Construction Management Course

  • 16+

  • 2-year course

  • Equivalent to 2 x A Levels

  • 2 days a week face-to-face

  • Fully funded if learner is under 18 or use your apprenticeship levy.

  • Relevant industry experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis. 

 

Level 3 Construction Management Course

Level 4 Construction Management Course

  • 18+ 
  • 2-year course 
  • First year of a degree 
  • 1 day a week face-to-face 
  • Learner can take a student loan or can be funded by their employer
  • From September 2026, employers can use their apprenticeship levy to fully fund the training

Upon successful completion, learners can: 

  • Advance to a Level 5 Higher National Diploma (HND) or pursue a degree in related fields such as Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering. 

  • Seek professional accreditation with bodies like the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). 

  • Explore career opportunities in roles such as Site Manager, Project Coordinator, or Construction Consultant.
