Level 3 Construction Management Course

Equivalent to 2 x A Levels

Fully funded if learner is under 18 or use your apprenticeship levy.
- Relevant industry experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Level 4 Construction Management Course
- 18+
- 2-year course
- First year of a degree
- 1 day a week face-to-face
- Learner can take a student loan or can be funded by their employer
- From September 2026, employers can use their apprenticeship levy to fully fund the training
Upon successful completion, learners can:

Advance to a Level 5 Higher National Diploma (HND) or pursue a degree in related fields such as Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering.
