Exciting range of marketing courses available for your professional development at Gloucestershire College
Gloucestershire College is the lead is an exciting ESF project for the local area, which offers fully funded free adult courses in entrepreneurial skills to any company based in the county of Gloucestershire with less than 250 employees.
Employees must be a 16+ UK resident living and working within Gloucestershire, who are not currently undertaking any other type of Government funded training e.g. on an apprenticeship.
The project aims are to supply training to businesses to aid their employee’s personal development in order to progress their career. So far 900 people have signed up to the free short courses, which can run from half a day to three days, with limited space left in each course.
Following on from sold-out sessions on popular topics including social media, B2B and content marketing, the College has signed up Luan Wise for 15 more dates in early 2019 and are now taking bookings. Luan is one of the top 5 five female marketers in the UK, and is a regular tutor on their global LinkedIn Learning platform.
Luan’s courses for 2019 are: Social Media Marketing, B2B Marketing, Know Your Customer, Content Marketing Fundamentals, LinkedIn Essentials and LinkedIn Masterclass.
Other companies working with the College include Betaris Training, HR Champions, Prospect Training Services and Gloucestershire Enterprise to provide these modern useful training sessions, with courses including steps to set up your own business and IOSH standard health and safety training.
Gloucestershire College has been selected to deliver the free training to local businesses as part of the Skills Support for the Workforce (SSW) and European Social Funded projects to up skill employees within small and medium sized businesses.
All Luan’s courses start at 9.30am at Gloucestershire College’s new Business School training venue at the Grade II listed Llanthony Priory, adjacent to the Gloucester campus. Half-day courses (LinkedIn and Know Your Customer) finish at 1pm, other courses run until 4pm.
