The rise of digital marketing
In the internet era where everything is digitalised, we have witnessed exponential growth for digital marketing function. Online marketing has risen to equal offline; both are now integral for raising and maintaining brand awareness as well as delivering marketing campaigns. When working well together, integrated marketing communications ensure that your business achieves the strongest message and reach.
Digital marketing allows your business to target mobile customers which are growing in numbers daily. More visitors to your website and social channels means more Return On Investment (ROI), as your business is able to access more people. Digital marketing also allows you to utilise various ways to use content effectively, whilst optimising your brand strategy.
Social media and digital marketing functions have quickly become an integral part of business as consumers turn to the internet for information and insight. Keep your business at the forefront of all things digital in this evolving environment with a programme that combines professional training with hands-on experience.
This new apprenticeship Standard will allow apprentices to develop their skills in communications, research, customer service, analytics, social media strategy, coding, metrics, mobile apps and Pay-Per-Click. The new Standard will allow apprentices to use online and social media platforms to design, build and implement campaigns and drive customer sales.
Benefits to your business
This new apprenticeship will inject a fresh perspective to new technologies into your company; learners can use their understanding of digital platforms to help convert followers to leads.
There is a growing skills gap in the digital sector, which has seen significant growth and is set for more over the coming years; investment in digital apprenticeships can bridge the digital skills gap.
