Gloucestershire College Sixth Form is excited to unveil its brand new Course Guide for 2015/16, which is now available to view and download online, and will be in physical format from Monday 10 November.
With an all-new look, the GC Sixth Form Course Guide is the first point of contact for prospective GCSE and A Level students, and is packed full of reasons to choose GC, course overviews, former student case studies and other useful information.
GC Sixth Form is based at the College’s Cheltenham and Royal Forest of Dean campuses, and as well as showcasing the features of each campus, the Course Guide gives potential students a feel for life at college and explains the support available to them.
No less than nine GCSE courses are offered, including the must-have English and maths, which enable students to step up to A Level or Career Pathway programmes. The five new Career Pathways options provide clearly mapped academic and vocational routes for future success and progression into the criminology and forensics, health care, humanities, professional, and sports science industries.
Last, but not least, detailed course information on the GC Sixth Form’s core offer of 24 A Level courses is included, covering Accounting to Sociology and everything in between. Each has its own course shortcode, which enables applicants to find out more and apply online, simply by typing this into the Quick Course Search on the website homepage.
Bob Cytlau, Head of GC Sixth Form said: “Many young people and their parents are not aware of the excellent Sixth Form offer at Gloucestershire College in Cheltenham and the Forest of Dean. GC Sixth Form students benefit from career-focused A Level programmes, excellent pass rates and a team of dedicated, industry experienced lecturers. They also enjoy the wider benefits of joining Gloucestershire College; everything from our excellent facilities and our outstanding relationships with business, to internship opportunities, sports academies and much more.”
