Have you got an interest in working in an Office Administration role, but unsure about what it entails? Have you worked in an office before, but would like to recap on the skills and attributes needed to return to the sector?

Our four-day Office Administration Skills course provides an introduction to the sector and the skills needed to succeed in an office administration role. During the course, our tutors will support you through a range of short workshops around several key topics, including:

  • What is the role of an Office Administrator?
  • What key skills does an effective Administrator need?
  • How can and Administrator support a business?
  • What skills are employers looking for in an effective Office Administrator?
  • How to manage your time and workloads effectively as an Administrator?

No previous experience is necessary.

  • This course will be free of charge for learners aged 19 and over (as at 31st August of the academic year) in receipt of certain benefits or employed learners earning less than £20,319.00 annual gross salary.
