What will I learn?
Upon completion, you will be able to demonstrate skills in the following:
- Principles of fire safety
- Emergency first aid at work
- Principles of risk assessment
- Safe working at heights regulations 2005
- Safe moving and handling
- Health and safety in the workplace
- Practical introduction to construction trade skills including bricklaying, carpentry, plumbing and electrical
If you complete the Skills Bootcamp, you will receive a certificate outlining topics and modules covered, and competencies you achieved. Following completion, you will get an interview with a local employer.
