About the course

Whether you want to boost your skills for your next job, or are looking to improve your IT productivity at home, this course will provide you with knowledge of widely-used programs and build your confidence in using them.

It's a Level 2 qualification, which is similar to having a GCSE at grade A*-C or 4-9, so it's a great addition to your CV too.

What do I need to get started?

To study these courses you will need the following:

  • An Internet enabled PC running Microsoft Windows
  • A Web browser (JavaScript and Cookie enabled)
  • An active email account
  • Microsoft Word or a similar word processing software program. (You may need additional software programs for IT courses – please contact us for more information.)
  • Adobe Reader
  • Adobe Flash Player (version 9.0 or higher)
