You will be working towards your L3 Business Admin apprenticeship by assisting in a range of duties relevant to your studies, you will also be set aside time to complete your learning.

Duties will include:

  • General admin duties i.e. photocopying, filing (electronically)
  • Managing office post
  • Answering phone calls, email enquiries and ensuring our call logs and registers are kept up to date
  • Managing diaries and booking in client meeting for the Advisers
  • Gathering client valuations and creating new client packs
  • Gathering details of funds which clients are invested in, inputting this data into our risk profiling tool and creating reports detailing performance
  • Checking client fact finds and inputting data into the client database
  • Ensuring the client database and new business register is up to date at all times
  • Monitor and tracking of fees and commission
  • Processing client applications for recommended products
  • Drafting Annual Review letters and reports for our existing clients
  • Carry out client anti-money laundering checks
  • Supporting the Financial Advisers with any projects, as well as managing and prioritising your own workload
  • Complying at all times with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) principles and code of practice

Four GCSE’s or equivalent A*-C or 9-4 including maths and English.

Future prospects

Permanent position upon completion of apprenticeship for two suitable candidates and scope to progress to Senior Administrator, Paraplanner or Financial Adviser in the future, subject to passing the relevant qualifications.

Our office is based in Cinderford, Gloucestershire and attendance to the office daily is mandatory.
