Tranquility and shameless indulgence awaits those who wish to be pampered in a far away place at The First Floor. Cheltenham's newest salon. Bespoke facials, hand, feet and body treatments for the hard working woman or man that needs a treat, or for the ladies that lunch, we are here for you too.
The First Floor is also home to The Cotswold Foot Clinic, treating and alleviating day-to-day foot problems, including: thickened toenails, fungal nail infections, ingrown toenails, corns and calluses. You will feel like you are walking on air after a treatment!
Duties include:
- Customer service on reception
- Answering the telephone
- Greeting customers- booking appointments for treatments
- Keeping records updated
- General assistance around the business
Requirements and prospects
Desired skills
Excellent numeracy and literacy, excellent customer service
Personal qualities
Personable and trustworthy, people person, confident communicator, proactive at giving the very best service to our customers, well presented.
Desired qualifications
Three GCSE’s or equivalent A*-C or 9-3 including maths and English.
Future prospects
Possible permanent position upon completion of apprenticeship
