Progression Paths

A progression path is a route you plan to take through education and into employment. We encourage all our students to think ahead so that they can choose the right courses to fit them and their future.

Your future isn’t set in stone of course, but we want you to be as prepared as possible. That’s why we help our students to plan and think about the next stages of their life.

We run ‘This Time Next Year’ programme through On-Track tutorials each year to make sure you get independent impartial advice and guidance. This programme and the staff will be able to:

  • Provide useful resources for you to explore
  • Signpost to organisations and courses
  • Give expert advice on Apprenticeships
  • Support you with UCAS Applications
  • Search for employment and or future courses

Careers Week

Every year we hold a week-long event aimed at helping our students and prospective students to plan ahead. You’ll be able to talk to tutors, Learning Mentors, our Careers Leader and other members of staff about the options your course could lead to.
