After You Have Accepted Your Offer

We will send welcome and enrolment information to most applicants during the summer.

By mid-July, we will have been in touch via post and email with welcome information. This will let you know how and when to enrol for your course during the main enrolment period and what to expect in your first weeks at College.

Getting ready for enrolment

There are several things that you can do to ensure your enrolment day goes as smoothly as possible:

  • Complete online assessment

All students joining a new course at Gloucestershire College will be asked to complete online BKSB initial assessment in maths and English as part of the College enrolment process. As BKSB can take up to 1 hour, we strongly recommend that students complete this ahead of coming in to enrol.

  • Collect evidence of your qualifications and benefits

You will need to bring in your certificates/evidence of your qualifications when you enrol – if you’re unsure what this means for you, please contact Student Services. You will also need to bring in evidence if you or your parent/guardian are in receipt of any benefits. You can find out about about fees and finance here.

  • Plan your journey

This is particularly important for Gloucester students as we are unable to offer student parking at our city centre Gloucester location. Whatever your campus of study, please plan your journey ahead of coming in to enrol.

All three campuses are well serviced by public transport and you will find directions and campus addresses here.
