It may seem a little early to have a career in mind but we like our students to think about their future career goals before they pick a course. After all, if you think you might want to be a nurse in the future, it might not help to choose a music course.

Top tips for choosing your further education course:

  • Look through GC’s Course Guide or the Courses and Departments section of this website – both contain a huge range of information about all of the different courses on offer and the careers they can lead on to, as well as student and employer case studies and industry facts which might inspire you.
  • Visit an Open Evening – We hold regular open evenings throughout the year. These events enable potentials to take a look around our campuses, meet our course experts to get advice and support from our support teams.
  • General research – There is a wide range of careers resources available online and in your local library to help you research your career and education choices. Start searching!
