Gloucestershire College is thrilled to have been shortlisted as the Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year in the 2015 Gloucestershire Apprenticeship Awards, organised by the Gloucestershire Echo and Gloucester Citizen.
Four Gloucestershire College students have been shortlisted in the 2015 Grow Gloucestershire Awards, which are organised by yes2jobs to celebrate the achievements, performance and excellent work of young people in the county, and the businesses and individuals who support them.
In December 2015, the government published ‘English Apprenticeships: Our 2020 Vision’. The document outlined its vision for apprenticeships, split into five main categories: Quality, Employers, Supporting routes to apprenticeships and work, The long-term apprenticeships system and Funding.
For the very first time, Gloucestershire College is hosting an Apprenticeship Information Evening at its Gloucester Campus, and inviting young people and their parents to discover how apprenticeships work, as well as the careers they can lead to.
Gloucestershire College is thrilled to have been shortlisted for not one, but two awards in the 2016 Gloucestershire Apprenticeship Awards. Not only that, four GC apprentices have also been named finalists for awards too.
