Gloucestershire College is opening its doors to current and prospective students interested in studying Health and Social Care and Early Years during the annual Next Steps Jobs Fair, which takes place at Gloucester Campus on Friday 27 March.

Following Gloucestershire College’s recent announcement about the relocation of its Construction and Building Services provision from its Mitcheldean site to the Royal Forest of Dean Campus in Five Acres, a group of plumbing students have marked their enthusiasm for the move by creating and gifting bespoke garden furniture set to the Five Acres Art Department.
Ahead of welcoming an abundance of students to its International Summer School this July and August, Gloucestershire College has played host to a young group of Thai students and a group of Japanese university students, to offer them a truly British cultural experience.
The first group of Gloucestershire College’s Catering and Hospitality students has now successfully completed its five-week work experience placement at Chelsea Bar and Brasserie in Cheltenham, as part of the College’s vocational training partnership with the popular restaurant.
Following the recent announcement launching its new series of career-focused higher apprenticeships – many in the engineering sector – Gloucestershire College is set to host two WorldSkills UK regional heats at its Gloucester Campus.
