A determined Apprentice Chef from The Bay Tree Restaurant in Tewkesbury sees his apprenticeship with Gloucestershire College as “the best decision” he ever made, as it gave him the opportunity to push himself after being diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia.
