The Application Process

There is a special application form which must be filled in and returned to us (by email or post), along with your passport information page, any relevant academic and English language qualifications, and your personal statement if applicable.

Download the Application Form here.

Your passport must be valid for the duration of your planned studies.

It is free to apply.

If you need to get a visa to come and study with us, please make sure you apply well in advance of your course start date as it can take six months to receive one.

Getting Accepted

If we’re happy with your application we’ll send you a letter of acceptance, which may be conditional depending on your forthcoming exam results, or unconditional.

Your Deposit and Confirmation of Acceptance

The letter will also tell you how to make your deposit. We must receive this before we can guarantee your place on the course. Use your name as reference on any bank transfers and let us know when you have made the payment.

Once the deposit is paid and any conditions have been met*, you’ll get a Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies, which you'll need to make your visa application.

*You will need to scan and email your exam results to prove that you have met the conditions of your offer.

When your place has been confirmed you'll need to send an accommodation application form, if you want to study in our halls of residence or with a host family.

One Month Before

You should aim to have made all the necessary applications one month before your course is due to start. This will allow time for us to respond, for your visa application to go through, and for you to make travel arrangements.

You can read more information on getting a visa and coming to the UK here.

Fees and Payment

Your course fees will be paid in yearly instalments, with a deposit paid before a visa is issued. All fees must be paid in full before starting your course.

You’ll be sent details on how to pay the deposit when we decide we want you to come and study with us.
