I applied to GC because I always enjoyed cooking, in particular patisserie, and want to become a chef and restaurant owner. I’ve learnt a lot here and I especially enjoy the practical classes. At GC it’s easy to meet new people and make new friends.
Once I complete my course, I would like to become a Commis Chef in a restaurant, with the aim of progressing to Patisserie Chef.
