Shaun Naen, our head chef, has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry and is passionate about encouraging young people into the catering industry.
Our industry standard kitchens here at Gloucestershire College are fitted with everything you would expect to find in an industry standard kitchen, from large ovens to food mixers.
Our on-site dining restaurant offers excellent value and high quality food, prepared and served by the College’s own Catering and Hospitality students.
