Former student at GlosCol. I have worked in restaurants as a Sous chef with 1 -2 rosettes in Monmouthshire, Gloucestershire & Herefordshire and Head Chef at a Successful Gastro pub. Sous Chef at a Hotel in the French Alps. Chef/lecturer teaching professional cookery and professional chef course from level 1 – 3.
I have 16 years’ experience as a chef working in Michelin star and AA rosette restaurants and hotels including Le Manoir Aux Quat’Saisons. I enjoy passing on my knowledge and skills to the next generation of chefs and hospitality professionals where I can ensure they strive to have successful and rewarding careers
