This qualification is aimed at those who have been working in a clerical or administrative role and/or already have a Level 2 qualification in business administration. It is suited to organisations in both the public and private sectors. It can be undertaken whilst in the workplace to allow hands on experience during training. It offers a flexible route allowing choice from a selection of units suited to a range of working environments and different duties and responsibilities.
