Wines and spirits courses

GC are offering a range of courses available as either recreational (Evening Wine Courses) or qualification based (WSET Level 1 or 2).

    Evening Wine Classes

Our evening wine classes cover sampling a range of wines matched with foods and are held in a relaxed and informal environment; these are ideal for people wanting to expand their knowledge of wine without undertaking a formal qualification. Example courses include Spanish wine with tapas.
