    The two years of study will be supported by a broad understanding of visual communication and its multidisciplinary opportunities.

    This course will target increasingly transferable skills in specialist creative design practice. The two years of study will be supported by a broad understanding of visual communication and its multidisciplinary opportunities. You should experience a broad range of design disciplines which may include design theory, branding and marketing, animation and photography to blogging, self-promotion, web design and designing for the fashion and music industries.

    Success as a visual communicator and employability in the creative industries requires dedication and ability to communicate, organise and network, along with the capacity for flexibility and adaptability. This course fully supports directed study and the development of individual practice.

    Opportunities for field trips, workshops and study visits add value to this experience. We endeavour to offer a rolling programme of guest lectures from key industry specialists, live projects, selected placements and competitions, also enhance links with industry.

    • Designing for the fashion and music industry

    These skills are very attractive to a range of potential employers within the creative spectrum. The learning experience includes lectures, seminars, live projects, peer and group learning.
