Head of Marketing
Gloucestershire College is advertising this role on behalf of Gloucestershire Facilities Management (GFM).
Based at the Cheltenham Campus, you will be responsible for heading up and leading the marketing team and delivering stand out multi-platform marketing campaigns (online and offline) to enhance the College’s reputation and to achieve student recruitment targets in the further education, apprenticeship, higher education and part-time student markets.
You’ll be joining the team at an exciting time, as the College commences its new three-year Strategic Plan, focusing on developing the profile of its apprenticeship and higher education provision, embarks on building a brand new state-of-the-art campus in the Forest of Dean, and further developing its work with business.
Reporting to the Executive Team, you will be a team player who works closely with academic heads of department, digital and executive teams, and communicates effectively with all stakeholders. The successful candidate will be an experienced, talented and committed manager with a flair for creativity, plus excellent strategic planning, communication and project management skills. A highly motivated self-starter, you will be comfortable managing others and getting the best out of people, having had experience of managing direct reports, of managing a substantial budget and of working with a range of external suppliers.
