Chelsea Bar and Brasserie
Gloucestershire College has formed a vocational training partnership with popular Cheltenham restaurant, Chelsea Bar and Brasserie, to ensure its catering and hospitality students are fully prepared for the world of work.
Level 2 and Level 3 students work at least one day per week at the contemporary European restaurant, both in the kitchen and front of house, gaining skills ranging from cooking to customer service to give them the edge in future employment.

Graduations at no.9
Gloucestershire College teamed up with The Francesco Group to open the first city centre training salon in the South West, situated on Northgate Street in Gloucester. Graduations at no.9 bridges the gap between education and employment, and is training the hairdressing workforce of the future.
The salon offers clients quality hair and beauty services at affordable prices, expertly delivered by our Level 2 and Level 3 hair and beauty students, who are gaining valuable commercial experience in everything from creative cutting, styling and colouring, to time management and customer service.

Food Central Cheltenham Restaurant
Cheltenham Campus is home to Food Central, a fine dining restaurant open to the public for dinner on Thursdays and lunch on Fridays, term-time only.
Our catering and hospitality students work both front of house and in the kitchen to gain valuable experience of working in a commercial restaurant, and work on everything from creating, cooking and serving menus to hosting special dinners with leading local chefs.
